How does it work?

By becoming a member you receive the benefits of discounted services.  Each month you are charged according to your chosen plan pricing.  You receive a credit toward your massage for that month.  If you book an extra massage or add on you will pay on the day of service at the discounted pricing.

 

When does it begin?

You can sign up for a membership and use it on the same day.

 

Is there a minimum contract term?

No.  The contract is month to month and can be canceled anytime.

 

What if I cannot make my appointment for the month?

If you cannot make an appointment because life got in the way, no problem.  Your massage credit will roll over to the next month and be valid for up to three months.

 

How much notice do I need to give when canceling membership?

Please cancel within one week before the next scheduled purchase.

 

Can I get a refund if I cannot use my credits?

No.  There are no refunds once a membership charge has gone through on the agreed upon date.  

 

Will my credits still be good after I cancel?

Yes.  You have 60 days after your cancellation date to utilize your massage credits.  

 

Can I give my massage credit to a friend?

Absolutely.  Just message me and we can get it to the person you wish to give it to.
