The Journey to the Center of the Self

        My commitment to holding space for your healing is forged in the fires of my own transformation. Years ago, I found myself in a whirlwind of survival mode—navigating extreme stress, anxiety, and a deep sense of disconnection. I hit a defining rock-bottom where the path forward felt entirely dark.

In what felt like a leap of blind faith, I impulsively signed up for massage therapy school. I didn't know it then, but I was stepping onto a bridge back to myself.

        As I studied the human body and learned the sacred art of nurturing it, the first foundations of true self-care were laid in my consciousness. That initial spark ignited a lifelong quest. I immersed myself in mindfulness and movement as a Qigong instructor, studied food healing, and walked deep into the landscape of shamanic medicine ceremonies, intensive retreats, and holistic arts.

        Every trial became a teacher. Every tool I gathered became a lantern. Today, I stand in a place of profound self-love and emotional resilience. I am still a beautifully human work in progress, and life still throws its curveballs—but I now carry an expansive sanctuary of practices that allow me to return to peace, time and time again.

I conquered the dark so that I could learn how to anchor the light for you. My life’s work is to share these frequencies, providing you with the practical tools, restorative bodywork, and energetic alignment needed to ignite your own brilliant radiance.
