Hypnotherapy is a form of meditation that takes you to deep levels of your mind. Differing from a regular guided meditation this allows you to go into a trance-like state in order to reach the subconscious and hidden pathways of the brain. It allows you to relax and access the subconscious for the purposes of making a desired change in your life. ​

Hypnotherapy for breaking habits and making changes may include:

- stop smoking
- lose weight
- stopping a nagging habit
- gain confidence
- release anxiety
- getting better sleep
- assist with stopping worrying
- emotional healing
- facing a fear
- managing pain through the mind

The first session will last 90 minutes to 2 hours. It includes a brief education on hypnotherapy, followed by an interview to lay the groundwork for the issue we will be focusing on. After that is the hypnotherapy portion, which is akin to a guided meditation. The hypnotherapy portion is recorded and will be sent to you via email for further listening in between sessions.

Follow-up sessions will consist of another guided hypnotherapy meditation session that will differ in visualizations from previous sessions. This allows the brain to have different focuses for the same problem to gain a better solution and outcome. It will also be recorded and sent to you via email.
